Tässä blogissa käsitellään keinoja, joilla potentiaalinen lukija saadaan lukemaan blogi. Ensimmäinen edellytys on blogisivun löytäminen eli sivuston hyvä hakukonenäkyvyys. Sisällön pitää täyttää hakukoneiden (Google) vaatimukset, jotta sivusto sijoittuisi hakutulosten kärkeen. Tämän jälkeen seuraa seuraava kriittinen vaihe eli se, että lukija saadaan avaamaan sivusto tai blogiteksti. Tässä osuva otsikointi on tärkeässä roolissa.
Huomenta Suomen vieraina olivat 26.9.2018 Syddansk Universitetin johtajuuden professori Alf Rehn ja Kissconsultingin kehitysjohtaja Jaana Tuomila aiheesta pelolla johtaminen. Keskustelun sytykkeenä oli Siilasmaan uusi kirja, jossa hän nosti esille ex-nokialaisen Jorma Ollilan pelolla johtamisen. Pelolla johtaminen on yleisempää kuin luulisi.
Miksi johtajat tarvitsevat kriittistä palautetta? Blogikirjoituksessa kuvataan, millaisia myönteisiä vaikutuksia kritiikillä on organisaation menestykseen, ja se antaa perusteet ymmärtää kriittisten alaisten merkityksen. Kirjoituksessa pohditaan myös ihmisen virheajattelua ja annetaan esimiehille toimintaohjeita.

The broad objective of the study is to examine the effect of reward system on employee motivation in selected organisations in Lagos state, Nigeria.
Tiivistelmä: Digitaalisuuden ja työn tehostamisen vaatimusten myötä työelämä on muuttunut yhä liikkuvammaksi, ja etenkin tietointensiivisillä aloilla monia työtehtäviä tehdään täysin ajasta ja paikasta riippumatta. Samalla työntekijöiden halu työn riippumattomuuteen ja oman elämänsä hallintaan on noussut.
